Enjoyed exploring the peninsula and the beautiful beaches. The breakfast spread was decent, with a good variety of breads and fruits. The marina was a great place to watch the sunset.

Couldn't stand the annoying builders drilling in the hotel every morning. Ugh!

Our stay at Hotel Florinda in Punta del Este was a great experience for our family. The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of Punta del Este and just a stone's throw away from Gorlero Avenue. This allowed us to easily explore the main shopping areas and enjoy the vibrant nightlife in the city. We also loved taking walks in the open air on Gorlero street, where we found a wide variety of internationally recognized stores. Additionally, Punta del Este provided a less crowded and more enjoyable atmosphere compared to other tourist destinations. the location and outdoor activities in Punta del Este made our trip truly memorable.

For dads, it would be great if Hotel Florinda had a children's play area to keep the kids entertained.

The location was magnificent - 500 feet away from Gorlero Avenue. It also was close to everything. The rooms were brand-new and modern, they come with a wide window, a safe plus a half decent bed. A shower, hairdryers and a bidet was a plus.

The location was incredibly comfortable and handy - just 5 minutes' walk from Gorlero Avenue. The staff was extremely responsive, they made our trip!

During weekend everything was great and we would definitely go back. Stuff was very kind and hotel is fairly clean and simple! The breakfast was delicious with extended hours, the food was appetising. The location was great and incredible, for example, Brava Beach was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the property.

This hotel is in a great location, just off the main street and a few blocks from the beach. You can easily access the beaches located at both sides of Punta del Este. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the rooms are cleaned and have all the basic amenities you need. The breakfast is also worth mentioning, with a good variety of options to choose from.

Great location, but neds updating.

Well to be fair, I picked this hotel based on the service , it location and availability, I booked it a week before chirstmas eve! I always travell in a budget and alone, but this time, did it with my youngest son. The hotel has a fair value for money,it excelent location make it a good place to stay and arrange your own city tour because is a walking distance of both side beach ( mansa and brava beaches) near good restaurants, harbour, cafes, bus station, shopping, street artcraft market, etc. you mention and you have it near. But what surprise me and it makes a good finding is, like 5stars, hotel Florinda gives you free of charge chairs, beach towells, and bikes... We made a wonderful bike trip all along the promenade from brava to mansa.

First , elevator, the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel , and watch out your feet, it stops with a small step difference high or down than the floor. Orange juice, awful. Door room, when we were inside, you have to locked it to avoid that it opens by itself.

The hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location near the center of the peninsula is perfect, as it is close to the beach and several restaurants. The staff provides friendly and efficient service, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are basic but clean, and the breakfast is a good start to the day.

Stayed at Florinda and loved it! The location is superb, right next to the beach and a fantastic bar/restaurant called Capi. The staff were friendly and helpful, and even fixed our broken AC within 2 hours. The breakfast was good, although it's better to go early as they don't refill the food within your allotted time. But the best part was the free parking and being within walking distance of everything Punta has to offer. a great experience at Florinda.
